Three years ago, Jake founded River City Real Estate Marketing, a company dedicated to supporting Alabama real estate agents with premium marketing materials at affordable prices. His passion for innovation and community development led him to establish the Smith Development Group, which focuses on revitalizing neighborhoods by purchasing, renovating, and reselling properties to enhance local property values.
 
Jake’s journey in real estate began at the remarkable age of 15. A proud graduate of Austin High School, he has always been deeply committed to helping individuals and families find or sell their homes, understanding the unique significance of every transaction in different life stages.
